A warm "hello!" I'm Kindal, founder of Legacy Counseling & Consulting. I’m passionate about helping individuals heal from complex and single-incident traumas and supporting those facing maternal mental health issues. For many years, I have helped clients navigate parenting challenges, facilitated healthy attachment in biological and adoptive families, and seen clients thrive after facing debilitating depression and anxiety. My approach focuses on ensuring clients have strong support and resources, targeting limiting beliefs, honoring and healing younger parts, helping the nervous system heal through regulating activities, and encouraging clients to evaluate relationships and daily rhythms that will support their goals and healing. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
